Description

Trimmings is a house built in the late 18th century, with 20th-century restoration and extension. The walls are made of painted ashlar malmstone, featuring brick quoins, a first-floor band, and a plinth. The ground floor has wider openings that have been restored, with flat arches and stepped extrados. The extension has painted brick walls. The thatched roof is half-hipped at the south end and hipped at the north, with low eaves above the single-storey extension. The house has casement windows and a 20th-century half-glazed door located beneath a thatched canopy.
