Description

Heather Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located in East Worldham, with a 20th-century rear wing added later. The original cottage features exposed timber framing with plaster infilling, some of which is brick. The roof is thatched and has a half-hipped design on the west side, including eyebrow dormers. The later rear wing has a tile roof, lower in ridge but higher in eaves. The cottage is one storey and attic in height at the front, and two storeys at the rear, and has irregular window placement. The windows are casement style. A small, traditional porch with a thatched roof is present.
