House. C17, C18, with C20 restoration. Bricks and tile. Timber-framed house, with extension and recladding in brickwork; front (south) of 2 parts, of 2 storeys, and 1 storey and attic; 3.2 windows. Roof of different slopes, hipped at the west end, the east side having one flat-roofed and one gabled dormer, with cills at eaves level. Walls of Flemish bond, the west side with a 1st floor band, rubbed flat arches, and plinth. Sashes. Doorway at the east end, within a large porch, made of old timbers. Note : the building overlaps Greystones.
