Description

Hollybush Cottages represents a diminutive timber-framed house, dating to the 17th and 18th centuries. It is a one-story building with an attic, featuring two windows. The roof is thatched, with a half-hip design at the front and a catslide at the rear; the lower portion of the front elevation is tiled, and it includes two gabled dormers with cills at eaves level. The timber frame is exposed at the gable, with red brick infill. The front wall is constructed of brickwork in a Flemish bond pattern, incorporating cambered openings. The windows are casements. A plain doorway is present.
