Description

Brook Cottage is a 17th century timber-framed house with a modern brick extension. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring irregular window arrangements. The roof is hipped and half-hipped, covered with tiles, and includes a shafted stack and hipped-roofed dormers. The exposed frame has rendered upper panels and bricknogging below, while the recent extension is constructed of brick. The windows are casements, and there is a plain door.
