Description

Hillside Farmhouse is an early 18th-century building with a symmetrical front facing north, featuring two storeys and five windows. It has a hipped tile roof with wide eaves, although the moulded cornice is now missing. The walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with a thin band at the first floor, rubbed flat arches, and a high plinth. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames and contain old glass. The doorway is topped with a canopy supported by brackets and has a plain frame that surrounds a 4-light fanlight and a 6-panelled door. There are modern extensions at the rear, built with matching materials.
