Description

Church Green Farmhouse is a timber-framed house dating to the 17th century, with additions from the early 19th century and the 20th century. It is a building of one storey and an attic, with substantial extensions in a half-timbered style. The roof is tiled, with gabled dormers that have cills at eaves level. A large, tapered stack is located at the west end of the original part of the house. Exposed timber framing is visible, filled with painted brick (though a few of the oldest sections have rendered wattle panels). Casement windows are present. The entrances are simple in design.
