Description

Oak House is an 18th-century house that was enlarged and raised in the 19th century. It is a two-storey and attic building with a symmetrical west front of three windows. The house has a slate roof concealed behind a parapet, featuring one leaded dormer window. The walls are rendered, with stone sills, and contain Victorian sash windows. A single-storey modern addition is present on the north side. The other elevations are irregular, with a central, raised, hipped roof incorporating dormers. These walls are also rendered and include casement windows, along with a few earlier sash windows. A verandah with a French door projects from the south side of the building.
