Description
Hall's Farmhouse is a house that dates from the 17th, 18th, and early 19th centuries. It is timber-framed and was refronted in the early 19th century. The building has two storeys and features three windows. It has a tile roof, with slate covering the rear outshots, and a large central stack. The rear wall displays exposed timber framing with brick nogging, while the west gable is primarily tile-hung. The front (south) side is constructed of red brick in a mixed bond. The windows are casements, and there is a Tudor-arched plain doorway with a boarded door. The east end showcases timber-framing in the gable, above an 18th-century brick wall that has cambered openings.
