SU 55 NW KINGSCLERE UNION LANE 8/20 10.1.53 Mill: immediately south-west of Island Mill House (formerly listed as Lower Mill, house and granary) GV II

Early C19. Plain rectangular block of 2 storeys and attic, irregular fenestration. Half-hipped slate roof. Walling of red brickwork in Flemish bond with blue headers, cambered openings: arched water entry. Within, the machinery and heavy timbers of the supports are complete.
