This is an 18th-century barn situated immediately north of Nutkins Farmhouse. It is a timber-frame structure with four bays, incorporating aisles along one long side and one short side. The barn features a queen post truss and is covered by a corrugated-iron roof. The walls are boarded and the frame is timber.
