Description
Spradbray is a late 18th-century building that was originally a pair of dwellings but has since been converted into a single residence, with later extensions added at each end. The building is two storeys high and features three windows. It has a thatched roof that is half-hipped. The walls are made of red brick laid in Flemish bond with blue headers, and there is a thin band at the first floor. The windows are casements, and there is a plain wooden porch; the other former doorway has been converted into a window. A lead fire-insurance sign is displayed, featuring a phoenix with the word "PROTECTION."
