Late C18. The 2-storeyed facade has a full-height segmental bays arranged symmet- rically on either side of a doorway, but extends at the south side as an addit- ional (flat) inset; 1.1.1.1 windows. Old tile roof. The walling, in painted brickwork (header bands) has a parapet, rubbed flat arches and a plinth, the upper windows are sashes in exposed frames, the ground floor modern multi-paned lights are set below inserted beams. The doorway is a plain arch, with a radiat- ing fanlight add later door. The south aide unit has a wide modern opening.
