Description
Ashes is a late 18th century building located on Wote Street in Basingstoke. It stands three storeys tall and has two windows. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The walls are rendered, featuring a projecting band at the second floor. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. The building also includes a late 19th century shop front, which has a decorative metal top to the fascia.
