Description

This is a circa 1830 terrace of four houses on the Marina, designed by James Burton. The houses are stuccoed and feature a parapet and cornice. They have slate roofs. The building is three storeys high with an attic and basement, and it has eight windows. The ground floor features round-headed windows and doorways, each with a semi-circular fanlight above the door. Numbers 111 and 114 have iron balconettes on their first floors. The central two houses, numbers 112 and 113, have first-floor French windows leading onto balconies with wooden balustrading and small canopies. The windows are mostly sashes, although some have been replaced with modern casements. There are flat-roofed dormers, with a particularly large modern dormer on Number 111. A balustraded area fronts the basement. Numbers 111 to 127 form a group.
