WEST HILL 1. 5204 (North Side) St Leonards No 16 TQ 7908 NE 10/555 II GV 2. Dated 1828. By James Burton. Small house. Stuccoed. Low-pitched slated roofs with gable ends. 2 storeys. 3 windows wide. Right hand projects slightly and gabled with date 1828 in gable. Two 2-storeyed canted bays, projecting central porch with segmental headed doorway. All later sashes. Rendered chimney stacks.
