Description

This is a house, number 3 Maze Hill, built in 1832 by James Burton in a Tudor Gothic style. The building was altered at some point. It is stuccoed and features a parapet. The house is three storeys high and three bays wide. The windows are sash windows; on the first floor they are three-light sashes, and on the second floor they are two-light sashes with dripmoulds. There is a canted bay window to the left of the ground floor, a French window to the right, and a central enclosed porch. The porch has a cornice and a pointed gothic doorway with a dripmould, featuring carved heads. It forms a group with numbers 2 to 6 (consecutive).
