Description

6 Maze Hill is a building constructed in 1832 by James Burton, designed in the Tudor Gothic style. It is finished in stucco and features a parapet. The building has three storeys and is three bays wide. At the center, there is a canted bay that rises to a castellated tower, which includes a four-centred arch doorway at the bottom. On either side of the central bay are two-storeyed canted bay windows with wooden mullions; the ground floor windows have ogee-shaped transoms. The second floor features sash windows with drip moulds above them. There are moulded string courses and an end chimney stack with crenellated pots. Nos 2 to 6 Maze Hill form a group.
