Description

Winterbourne, located at No. 18 Maze Hill, is a building designed in 1830 by James Burton. It features a stuccoed exterior in the Park Village style, with a low-pitched slate roof that has wide overhanging eaves and shaped bargeboards at the gable ends, complete with finials and pendants. The building has an asymmetrical design and stands three storeys high, with two-storey wings. All the windows are casement windows, and there are square bay windows on the ground floor. The doorway is situated on the north-east side and has a 4-centred arch. Additionally, there are tall stuccoed chimney stacks topped with cornices and tall cream-colored terracotta pots.
