Description

The archway over the carriage drive to the northwest of Allegria Court, including the retaining walls along the drive, dates from around 1830 and was designed by James Burton. It features coursed sandstone masonry and a depressed arch that spans the carriageway, with a footway above. The structure is complemented by sandstone retaining walls that line the drive.
