Description

This is a cast iron boundary post located on Upper Maze Hill. It stands approximately 600 millimeters high and has a square cross-section of 160 millimeters. The post features a pyramidal cap and is marked with raised lettering that reads ‘HLB’ (Hastings Liberty) on one side and ‘StL’ (St Leonards) on the opposite side, positioned below the cap and above a roll moulding. The post is partially buried up to the lettering and is situated next to a later boundary stone.
