(Formerly listed as 2.10.69 Cottage in garden to south west of Littlecourt) G.V. II Cottage; late C16, altered late C19. Timber framed, brick infill; old tile gabled roof. Rectangular plan of 3 framed bays. 1½ storeys. One central chimney on ridge, 2 other tall chimneys at rear, East front:- large garage opening on left, planked entrance door in centre. 2 small window openings at upper level to right of centre.
