Description

This is a mid-19th century house, extended in the early 20th century and altered in the late 20th century. It is constructed of buff stock brick with brick quoins and bays, with some parts tile hung. The roof is tiled and gabled. The house has an irregular plan. It is two storeys in height and has one external chimney on the left side at the rear, and another on the right in front. The front facing the road has leaded casement windows. A single bay gable is on the right side, featuring a carved bargeboard, with a casement window on the first floor and a pent roof bay on the ground floor. To the left of this is a c.1900 round tower, with continuous casement windows tile hung on both the ground and first floors. The property is included on the list for its group value.
