Description

These cottages, numbered 30 and 31 Main Street, were likely built around 1840. They are timber-framed with painted brick infill and have a half-hipped tiled roof. The cottages have a rectangular plan with two bays and feature two gabled eaves dormers. A large central brick chimney is present.

The south elevation includes a small casement window located off-centre to the left, and a canted oriel with a tiled roof to the right. Boarded doors are situated at either end of the facade, each sheltered by a tiled, gabled canopy supported by carved timber brackets.
