Description

The barn and corn mill at Manor Farm, located approximately 55 metres south west of Manor House, dates from the early 18th century, with the mill itself added in the 19th century. The structure is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with an old tile half-hipped roof. It features five framed bays, with the two on the south east floored to create the mill, which still houses its original machinery. The roof is designed with a double queen post structure, jowled posts, and double clasped purlins, and it contains carpenters' marks in the correct sequence.
