Description
The gates, piers, and railings on the north boundary of the Church of St. Mary date from the mid-19th century. They are made of painted iron and sit on a low brick plinth. There are five bays on each side of the central double gates, which feature ornamental heads and a scrolled motif on the gate piers. The gates themselves have curved tops and scrolled spandrels, and each set of railings curves towards the gates.
