6/64A Former water-mill at - Manor Mill Farm II

Former water-powered corn mill. Now storage. Circa 1832. Hammer dressed stone. Stone slate roof with gable copings and stone brackets to gutter. 2 storeys with 3 storeys to rear due to sloping ground. 6 bays of casement windows. 5 bays to rear plus a one bay wide outshut to left containing the stone-lined wheel pit. This continues across the whole width of the building, and is approximately 25-30 feet deep for a totally enclosed wheel 51 feet in diameter. Loading door to upper two floors of other gable. No machinery remains.
