Description
Whispering Hollow is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century additions to the northeast. It features a timber frame with plastered infill and a thatched roof, which is hipped to the west and half hipped to the east. The cottage has an end stack to the east and an off-centre ridge stack to the west. On the south side, there are four ground floor two-light casements and four eyebrow eaves dormers with two-light casements. To the left, there is a 20th-century gabled thatched brick porch with a weatherboarded tympanum and a boarded door. The building consists of two framed bays and is one and a half storeys tall.
