Description

Blandy's Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on the east side of Blandy's Lane in Basildon. The building is constructed of red brick and features a dentil brick eaves cornice beneath an old tiled roof with end stacks. It stands two storeys high and has three bays, with glazing bar sash windows that have exposed wooden boxes. The ground floor windows have slightly segmental heads. There is a central half-glazed door, which is sheltered by a 20th-century glazed porch topped with a tented copper hood.
