Park View is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century alterations. It features a timber frame with brick infill and a thatched half-hipped roof. The building has a three-bay plan and is one and a half storeys high, with two dormers on the southeast side and a large ridge chimney located between the southwest and central bays. On the northwest elevation, there is a three-light 20th-century casement window to the left, a two-light casement window in the center, and a lean-to porch off-center to the left. Inside, the cottage has chamfered and stopped beams, as well as chamfered joists in the central bay.
