Description

Wykehams is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th and 20th centuries. It features a timber frame with colourwashed brick infill and encasing, topped by a thatched roof. The building has three bays and an outshot at the front, and it is one and a half storeys high. There is a 20th-century glazed door at the right end, along with 20th-century two and three-light casements. On the roof to the right, there are two large 20th-century casements set in eyebrow dormers, which have tiled trays below on the outshot. The roof is half-hipped, with a stack positioned to the right of centre. The timber frame is visible on the left end and internally.
