Description

Nos 21, 23, 23A, and 25 on London Road is an early 19th-century terrace that has been altered. It features a tile roof with brick ridge stacks and a stucco front that includes a cornice and blocking course, as well as cill-strings. The terrace has architraved sash windows with glazing bars; Nos 21, 23, and 23A have console bracketed cornices on the first floor and modified ground floor openings. No 25 has a segmental-arched entrance that is accessed by steps. The building appears largely as it does today in a print from around 1825.
