Description

This is a mid-18th century building, remodelled in the early 19th century. It is three storeys high with three windows. The roof is tiled and hipped. The front is stuccoed, featuring an oversailing eaves cornice. The windows are sash windows, slightly recessed and with exposed boxing; some windows have been blocked. A recessed doorway has panelled reveals, a door, a rectangular fanlight, and a console-bracketted hood, approached by steps. The building was formerly an annexe to the Cross Keys Inn (located at No. 8 London Road).
