It features cob walls that are rendered and colourwashed, with a thatched roof supported by pole rafters. The cottage has a three-unit plan and is single storey, positioned directly onto the road. The west wall includes three windows, which are 2-light timber casements, and there is a half-glazed door beneath a 20th-century open porch to the right of the center. The other walls of the cottage are blank. The roof is hipped, with a ridge stack located to the left of the center.
