Description

This is a mid-19th century suburban villa located on Tilehurst Road. It is two storeys high with a basement. The villa is constructed of stucco with rusticated corner piers. It has a hipped slate roof with a pepperpot skylight on the east side and flat eaves. The building has a three-by-three bay arrangement, featuring glazing bar sashes with louvred shutters on the outer windows. A door is located on the east side of the building. Original stables are situated to the west. A five-foot high panelled stucco wall runs along the street, with a ramped design accommodating flanking side doors.
