Description

Farmcote, dated to the 18th century and subsequently altered, faces away from the road. It is a brick cottage with a catslide tiled roof. The front elevation is stuccoed, with a Regency-style corner to the west featuring three arched windows and a tented verandah extending towards the garden. A taller mid-19th century extension projects to the south, incorporating a two-storey bay. The interior has been considerably modified; however, one room retains a stop-chamfered beam with run-out stops and exposed joists, likely dating to the early to mid-18th century.
