Description

No. 5 Bellevue Terrace is a terraced house built in the early 19th century. It features a stucco exterior and a Welsh slate mansard roof, with a diagonal group of six rendered stacks located at the center. The house has three storeys and an attic.

On the left side, there is a six-panelled door, with the lower three panels being solid and the upper three glazed. This door is set back within a small projecting porch that includes flanking pilasters, a frieze, a cornice, and crenellated parapets. To the right, there is a three-storey canted bay that is also stuccoed, with rustication on the ground floor. Each storey of the bay features a three-light casement window at the front, along with one-light flanking casements. The first and second floors have a quatrefoil panelled frieze, and there is a cornice at each storey topped with crenellation. A heavy moulded band cornice and crenellated parapet are positioned in front of a 20th-century attic dormer. The interior has not been inspected.
