Description
No. 14 Broad Street is a house from the mid-19th century located in Portsmouth. The building has a stuccoed exterior and a roof that is concealed by a parapet. It stands two storeys high and features two windows. On the first floor, there are late 19th-century sash windows, with glazing bars only in the upper part. To the left, there is a three-light canted bay window, and to the right, a narrow sash window with a recessed lintel panel and a moulded strip above. The ground floor also has late 19th-century sash windows, but these do not have glazing bars and are accompanied by lintel panels. The doorcase on the right features a rectangular fanlight and a 20th-century six-panelled door. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
