Description
Moulsoe Buildings Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof with slightly coved eaves and chimney stacks located only on the right side. The building has three storeys and a cellar, with a projecting plinth and bands at the first and second floors. The west front consists of three bays, with a central modern door that has an original arched radiating and wreathed fanlight set in a semi-circular arched brick opening, which is approached by a flight of stone steps. The windows feature gauged flat arches, with modern small paned metal casements replacing the original sashes, and there is a dummy window in the centre of the second floor. The flank elevations have blank recesses, and there are curved walls on each side of the front elevation that conceal outbuildings, which are not of special interest.
