Description
Westcott Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a first-floor band course, dentil eaves, and a hipped old tile roof with brick chimneys. The building is double-pile and has two storeys with three bays. The south front has four-pane sash windows on the upper storey and barred tripartite sashes in the outer bays of the ground floor. There is a central half-glazed door beneath a rectangular fanlight with patterned glazing bars, and all openings have gauged brick heads. The east front has 20th-century sash and tripartite sash windows that have replaced earlier two- and three-light cross casements, all with segmental heads. There is a canted bay window to the left and a central door.
