Description

Dales Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a double fronted design with a five-window range. The ground and first floors have 12-pane sash windows, while the attic contains three 6-pane sash windows. At the centre of the façade is a pedimented doorcase that includes a rectangular fanlight with three round-headed lights. The entrance features a six-panel door set in a panelled recess. Notable architectural details include diamond set brick eaves and brick dentils.
