The Church of St Peter and St Paul is a Grade II* listed building located in Hathern. It features a 14th-century nave, chancel, and a three-stage west tower, with nave arcades dating from the 14th and 15th centuries. The church underwent significant restoration in the 19th century, which included the addition of a north transept and porch. The structure is built of rubble stone with ashlar dressings and has a slate roof. The nave consists of four bays, while the chancel has three bays. The 19th-century work includes decorated tracery and a clerestory featuring spherical triangles. Inside, there are octagonal arcade piers and a wooden "angel" roof.
