Description
No. 13 London Road is a building from the late 18th century with an early 19th-century front. It has two storeys and three windows. The front is made of yellow brick and features a stone cornice, a band over the ground floor, stone window heads, and stone corner piers. The left-hand pier still has a ball finial. The ground floor is rendered below the plat band. On the first floor, there are glazing bar sash windows. The ground floor includes a canted bay window on the left and a pair of sash windows on the right, which are located beneath a segmental relieving arch with a keystone, supported by piers. The early 19th-century porch has two Doric columns that support an entablature and a blocking course. The roof is slate, and there is one stone chimney and one brick chimney. The rear has part stone-built extensions.
