ROCHESTER HIGH STREET (St TQ 7467 NE Margaret's Banks) 12/94 No 292 (The Nag's Head) 19.2.70 GV II Public house. C18. Plastered brick and weatherboarding; renewed tile hipped roof. 3 storeys. Front: 2-window range. Ground floor with late C20 windows with glazing bars, all in c.1900 pilaster surrounds. 2 1st, and 2 2nd floor 16-pane horned sashes in revealed frames; bracketted eaves. return to Nag's Head Lane with canted angle (ground floor only); one segmental bowed sash window with 9-panes to 1st floor; horned sash window to rear pile. Both ranges with external end stacks.
