A pair of houses dating from the 18th century, now shops, located on High Street, Rochester. The building is weatherboarded and has a roof of Kent tiles. It follows a single-depth plan, featuring a rear stack and a truncated end stack on the right side. The front façade has a four-window arrangement (2 windows per house). Number 304 has two two-pane plate glass sashes, while Number 306 has two twelve-pane sashes, all set within raised surrounds. Around 1900, shop fronts were added; the shop front for Number 304 includes a panelled plinth.
