Description

Nos 2 and 3 on Westminster Lane were originally one house built in the 18th century but were refaced in the early 19th century with painted brick. The side wall of No 2 still shows the original rubble walling, and the gable end features a slate roof. On the first floor, there are two windows: one is a two-light casement in a flush frame, while the ground floor has one recessed sash window with a segmental arch and another casement window with two pointed lights, both equipped with shutters. The entrances are located on the side, with a modern plain cottage door for No 2, which is also recessed with a segmental arch leading to No 3.
