Description

27 and 28 Hearn Street are early 19th century semi-detached houses that stand two stories tall. They are constructed of red brick with grey headers and feature a gable end slate roof and a shallow wooden eaves cornice. Each house has one sash window with moulded flush wood frames and block sills. The paired entrances are recessed and consist of doors with six fielded panels, two of which are glazed. These entrances are flanked by reeded Doric pilasters with roundels in the capitals, which support a frieze and a moulded cornice.
