Description

No 90A High Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed of red brick with grey headers. It features two windows of equal width, with the eastern window set further back on the first floor. The hipped slate roofs have projecting eaves. The windows are recessed and are sash types with glazing bars, block sills, and flat brick arches. The shop front is brought forward and levels off around the corner. This mid-19th-century shop front includes a frame with Doric pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice, along with a rectangular fanlight above the door. Nos 89 to 90A are part of a group.
