Description

A set of railings in front of Castlehold Baptist Church, added around 1872, features late-19th century cast-iron design set on a low plinth. Most of the railings are topped with fleur-de-lis heads. In the center, there is a set of double gates, with additional single gates at either end, all featuring a curving brace rail. The gates are flanked by railings with spear heads. At each end, there are Gault-brick piers topped with capstones.
