Description

Courtfield, located at No 60 Spencer Road, dates from around 1830. This two-storey building features stuccoed walls, an eaves cornice, and a hipped slate roof. It has a porch and includes one bay window to the west of the porch on the ground floor, along with an additional window bay on the east side. Courtfield is part of a group that includes Nos 44 and 50 to 54 (even) as well as Nos 58 and 60.
